The city of London is served by six international airports and many smaller airports. With millions of tourists visiting the city and commoners travelling out on business and leisure, London is the home to the world's busiest airport system. These airports together handle sixty percent of the United Kingdom's total air traffic. The six international airports of London are: Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, City and Southend. All these airports provide access to licensed taxi and minicab services. Tourists and Londoners prefer using these taxi services to public transport as they ensure more convenient and timely travel.

Heathrow to Gatwick

London Heathrow is the largest international airport and the busiest by the overall passenger interchange in the United Kingdom. The airport includes five passenger terminals and one cargo terminal. The airport is located in the London Borough of Hillingdon, West of London. The distance between the airport and Gatwick airport is about 38 kilometers and takes more than one hour's travel. The most convenient is by pre booking a taxi or minicab service at any of the terminals in Heathrow and enjoy your ride through the city of London to Gatwick.

Heathrow to Stansted

Stansted airport is located in Essex, Stansted and is London's fourth busiest airport. The distance between Heathrow and Stansted can be covered in approximately 90 minutes by taxi. For quick transfers between these two airports the best choice would be hiring a taxi service.

Heathrow to Luton

Luton airport is located in Bedfordshire, Luton is London's fourth largest airport and the fifth busiest in the United Kingdom. Heathrow airport is about 50 minutes away from Luton. Luton is the headquarters of the low cost carrier easyJet and most tourists prefer this airline for internal transfers. When international passengers land at Heathrow and need a quick transfer to Luton, they prefer using the taxi service which gives them an anxiety free travel.

Gatwick to Stansted

Gatwick airport is London's second largest international airport and the second busiest by total passenger traffic in luton cabs. The airport is located in West Sussex, about 30 miles south of Central London. To travel from Gatwick to Stansted airport passengers can use public transport means such as the train, buses or the National express coach and taxis are also available at both of the terminals. Like most other airport transfers, passengers prefer using taxi services for small groups and minicabs for larger groups.
